We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new Isabel Bernard items aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the nearest carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
